Mixing it, step by step

Step by step

Reconstitution steps

Every step below uses the numbers you entered above.

  1. 1
    Wipe both stoppers

Swab the rubber tops of the 10 mg BPC-157 — Standard Recovery (10mg vial) vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.

  2. 2
Draw 2 mL of BAC water

Pull 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).

  3. 3
Add water slowly, down the side

Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.

  4. 4
    Swirl, don't shake

Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.

  5. 5
Draw 5 units on a 1 mL syringe

On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 5, that's your 250 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.

  6. 6
    Store refrigerated

Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.

What to expect, week by week

Week 1

Subtle. You may notice slightly less pain or better range of motion. Don't push injuries yet.

Weeks 2–4

Clear improvement in pain and tissue tolerance. Begin controlled loading of the injured area.

Weeks 4–8

Peak repair phase. Function returns. Keep dose consistent — skipping days slows the curve.

Post-cycle

Gains generally stick if you also fixed the underlying mechanics (form, load management, mobility).

Side effects to watch

  • Mild dizziness early on
  • Rare appetite change

Why people run it

  • Connective tissue maintenance
  • Gut and joint resilience
  • Foundation of most healing stacks
