BPC-157 + TB-500 — the full-body repair blend
Also searched as: Wolverine blend, BPC-157 + TB-500, healing stack
The most widely used healing combination in research settings. BPC-157 drives local tissue and gut repair; TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment) works systemically on cell migration and new blood-vessel formation. Together they cover both the injured site and the whole-body repair response, which is why they are sold pre-mixed as one vial.
Standard mix: 10 mg blend vial (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500), reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
A 10 mg Wolverine vial is normally an even 5 mg / 5 mg split, so every microgram you draw is half BPC-157 and half TB-500. A 500 mcg draw is 250 mcg of each.
Subcutaneous into abdominal fat works for systemic effect. For a specific injury, many protocols inject subcutaneously as near the site as safely possible.
Pain and range of motion usually shift in weeks 2–4. Structural repair keeps building through weeks 4–8.
