The classic growth-hormone pairing
Also searched as: CJC/Ipa, CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend, GH stack
The most established growth-hormone combination in research use. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that raises the size of your natural GH pulses; Ipamorelin is a selective GHRP that triggers a pulse without touching cortisol or prolactin. One raises the ceiling, the other pulls the trigger — which is why they are almost always sold and dosed together.
Standard mix: 10 mg blend vial (5 mg CJC-1295 + 5 mg Ipamorelin), reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
| Peptide | Per dose | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | 100 mcg | GHRH analog — bigger GH pulse |
| Ipamorelin | 200 mcg | Selective GHRP — triggers the pulse |
| Total per dose | 300 mcg | About 33 doses per vial |
Alone, each gives a modest pulse. Combined, they act on two different receptors at once and the response is meaningfully larger.
Blends use CJC-1295 without DAC so it clears between doses and preserves pulsatile release. DAC versions stay active for days and flatten that rhythm.
Sleep depth usually changes in week one. Recovery improves by weeks 2–4. Body composition takes 8 weeks or more.
