Research chemical vendors can't legally label products with the real name, so DIHEXA often appears under coded SKUs. If you're shopping and see any of these, it's the same compound:

What it actually is

DIHEXA is a small angiotensin IV derivative that potentiates HGF/c-Met signaling, which drives synaptogenesis. In rodent models it restored cognition after scopolamine-induced impairment at very low doses, and it crosses the blood brain barrier well.

Commonly taken orally or transdermally at around 8mg daily. Human safety data is essentially absent, so short cycles (4 weeks on, 4 off) are the norm.

Why people use it

  • Memory consolidation and learning support
  • Recovery protocols after cognitive decline or injury
  • Oral or transdermal use, no injection required

  • No injection needed
  • Very low effective dose
  • Impressive rodent cognition data

Cons

  • Essentially no human safety data
  • Growth-factor pathway concerns
  • Expensive

What to expect

Typical timeline

General pattern for the Neuro Cognition category. Individual response varies.

  1. Day 1–3
Effect can be felt within hours: calmer focus (Selank), sharper attention (Semax), or deeper sleep (DSIP).
  2. Weeks 1–4
Consistent daily benefits. Mood and cognitive stamina improve without stimulant crash.
  3. Post-cycle
Take a break to avoid tolerance. Most users cycle 8 on / 8 off.

The reconstitution math

  1. 1Reconstitute the 20 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Tilt — don't shake.
  2. 2Concentration becomes 10,000 mcg/mL (10 mg/mL).
  3. 3For a 8 mg dose, draw 0.800 mL — that's 40 units on a 1 mL insulin syringe.
  4. 4One vial gives you approximately 2 doses.

Reminder: 100 units on an insulin syringe = 1 mL. Always start at half the listed dose for the first week and rotate injection sites between arms, legs, abdomen, and glutes.
