CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) extends the growth hormone pulse while Ipamorelin triggers it, so together they create a stronger, natural release.
Typical research use is 100 mcg of each, once or twice daily on an empty stomach, often before bed, 5 days on and 2 days off for 8 to 12 weeks.

Swab the rubber tops of the 10 mg CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.
Pull 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).
Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.
Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.
On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 4, that's your 200 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.
Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.
With 2 mL of water the blend is 5 mg/mL, so 200 mcg is 4 units. Add 4 mL of water to make it 8 units and easier to measure.
On an empty stomach, most commonly before bed, and at least 2 hours after eating.
No DAC gives short natural pulses and pairs best with Ipamorelin. DAC lasts days and is dosed only once or twice weekly.
Most run 8 to 12 weeks, 5 days on and 2 days off, followed by a break.
