The Wolverine stack mixes BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial for healing and recovery. Enter your blend vial and dose to see units to draw and how much of each peptide you get.
= 0.5 mg | Total blend per injection. 500 mcg gives 250 mcg of each.
1 mg = 1,000 mcg (micrograms). Most peptide protocols are written in mcg.
The common Wolverine blend is 20 mg total: 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500.
For a 20 mg vial mixed with 2 mL bacteriostatic water (10.00 mg/mL), on a U-100 insulin syringe.
| Dose | Volume | Units | Doses per vial |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 0.025 mL | 3u | 80 |
| 500 mcg | 0.050 mL | 5u | 40 |
| 750 mcg | 0.075 mL | 8u | 26 |
| 1 mg | 0.100 mL | 10u | 20 |
| 1.5 mg | 0.150 mL | 15u | 13 |
| 2 mg | 0.200 mL | 20u | 10 |
BPC-157 supports local tissue and gut repair while TB-500 works systemically on cell migration and flexibility. A 1:1 blend lets you take both in one injection.
Typical research use is 250 to 500 mcg of each daily for 4 to 8 weeks. Change the vial total if your blend has a different ratio.
Every step below uses the numbers you entered above.
Swab the rubber tops of the 20 mg BPC-157 + TB-500 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.
Pull 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).
Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.
Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.
On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 5, that's your 500 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.
Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.
With 2 mL of water the blend is 10 mg/mL, so 500 mcg total is 5 units, giving 250 mcg of each peptide.
2 mL is common. Use 3 to 4 mL if you want larger, easier to read draws.
Yes. They are commonly combined, and premixed blend vials are sold for this purpose.
Most protocols run 4 to 8 weeks, then take a break of equal length.
