BPC-157 is a systemic healing peptide typically dosed once or twice daily. Enter your vial size, the bacteriostatic water you'll add, and your target daily dose — the visual syringe below shows exactly where to pull the plunger.
Common vial sizes for BPC-157 are 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg.
= 0.5 mg | Typical range 250–500 mcg (0.25–0.5 mg). Up to 1,000 mcg (1 mg) for acute injury.
1 mg = 1,000 mcg (micrograms). Most peptide protocols are written in mcg.
Every step below uses the numbers you entered above.
Swab the rubber tops of the 10 mg BPC-157 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.
Pull 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).
Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.
Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.
On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 10, that's your 500 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.
Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic partial sequence of a protective protein found in gastric juice. Research protocols commonly use 250–500 mcg once or twice daily, injected subcutaneously near the site of injury or into the abdomen for systemic effect. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with bacteriostatic water, swirl gently — never shake — and store the reconstituted vial refrigerated.
