Start 250mcg daily to assess tolerance, then increase to 500mcg loading, then taper to maintenance.
Every step below uses the numbers you entered above.
Swab the rubber tops of the 10 mg Melanotan 2 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.
Pull 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).
Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.
Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.
On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 5, that's your 250 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.
Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.
No visible tan yet. Nausea and flushing after doses is common — dose in the evening.
Base tan develops with modest sun exposure. Existing moles may darken — monitor them.
Once at desired shade, dose 1–2x per week to hold it.
