Every step below uses the numbers you entered above.
Swab the rubber tops of the 10 mg Gonadorelin vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with fresh alcohol pads. Let them air dry for a few seconds.
Pull 10 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe (usually a 3 mL syringe with a 21g needle).
Inject the water against the inside wall of the vial, don't blast it directly onto the powder. This protects the peptide from shear damage.
Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Never shake, foaming denatures the peptide.
On your 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, pull the plunger back until the rubber tip lines up with 10, that's your 100 mcg dose. Tap out any air bubbles, then inject as directed.
Cap the vial and store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 3–4 weeks refrigerated.
Effect within 30–90 minutes. Facial flushing and slight nausea are common early on.
Testicular volume returns on TRT. Fertility markers respond over 8–12 weeks.
